Val di Lima: a place where the earth, the air, the people and the landscapes transmit the flavors of the land and nature to you.
These are the basic ingredients of our cooking courses. Through our dishes you will taste the true flavors of the earth as we use Certified Tuscan products, coming from local farmers and breeders.
In our course you will learn how to prepare:

We declare that the Agriturismo, in order to guarantee hygiene and food safety, applies the self-control method according to the HACCP system, respects the traceability and consumer information procedures, all in compliance with current regulations, with particular reference both with EU regulations and with national and regional standards in force (with particular reference to EC Reg. 852-853/2004 Hygiene Package, EC Reg. 178/02, Reg. 1169/11, L.R. 30/03 and D.P.G.R. 46/R/ 04)
